I’m a Santa Barbara–based artist inspired by the landscapes and native plants of the California Channel Islands. After 15 years working in graphic design and creative leadership, I made the shift to focus more fully on my fine art practice.

My acrylic paintings are grounded in time spent on the islands—hiking, observing, and getting to know these rare ecosystems up close. I’m especially drawn to the plants that have adapted and persisted there, and my work aims to capture their unique character and story. Through my art, I hope to help others connect with these special places and feel inspired to protect them.
