My paintings are inspired by the incredible landscapes and native plants of California's Channel Islands. Every piece begins with time spent on the islands—hiking trails, photographing wildflowers, sketching, and learning about these remarkable ecosystems firsthand.
I'm especially drawn to the plants that have adapted and thrived there over thousands of years. Through my acrylic paintings, I hope to share their beauty, tell their stories, and inspire others to appreciate and protect these extraordinary places.
